“Nice hotel to stay again”

“Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room bed linens were clean. Just a few minor touch ups needed on the walls. Guests enjoyed the pool area. Furniture in main lobby needs to be reupholstered. Would stay again.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel. We stayed in a very spacious suite and one of the biggest I have stayed in. Room was clean, great amenities, and great hot water pressure which is always a big deal for me at hotels. The check in prices was seamless and no issues at check in. This hotel is the only riverfront hotel available in Louisville and it’s close walking distance to great restaurants, shops and bars. ”

“We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night. Everything was super tired and it felt like a time capsule from 1983. Nothing had been updates except from the shower curtain (no hint here on the Bates Motel comparison). We also learned from our friends whom we visited that the Hotel was going to change owners within the next month and that a major renovation/ tear-down was in the plans for this hotel. I would……

“Place was great. Parking was difficult and the lot was full one night.”

“The facility is pretty amazing if you like retro buildings. If (and that’s a big if) they invested a few dollars in the ac systems in the rooms, the plumbing and refreshed the deco look (maybe better lighting?) it would really be incredible. The gym, privately owned but free to guests, was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. ”
