「Hotel was good and being next to the encounter made it very convenient. Rooms were good, could have just used a quick vacuum in the corners where stuff collects. Breakfast started at 6 which was great, but it wasn’t the greatest the day we were there. Would recommend staying here if doing the Ark encounter. Can stay parked there when doing the encounter instead of paying double at the encounter.」

「My stay in Room 317 certainly left a lot to be desired. The carpet is stained with bleach and you can see it as soon as you enter the room. There is a water sound in the room that persists all day and night, and when you alert the staff of the issue they act like they’re concerned and going to do something about it, but nothing changes and there’s no follow up. 「The room was very clean and the staff very attentive. In addition to cleanliness, comfortable beds are super important to me. The mattress was great and sheets were very soft and breathable. I particularly like their pillows- should have asked where to buy them. They have black out curtains and the room was quiet even though I was there during KY Derby week- which was busy but not noisy. 「I couldn’t have been treated better by a most gracious staff. I loved the room, the breakfast was very good, parking a breeze. Wasn’t prepared for cashless laundry but figured it out with no problem. I would definitely stay there again.」
