「The property was very clean inside and out. The 1 King Bed room was extremely spacious and clean. Hailey at the front desk was so accommodating and sweet! Eric at the 33 Starves Restaurant was pleasant. The food at the restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner. They were very pet friendly. I would definitely stay at another Origin Hotel in the future. 」

「The Grady is a great place to stay in Louisville if you are coming for the downtown distilleries. You can walk to all of them located along Main Street, without worrying about drinking and driving. Plenty of restaurants are also within walking distance, including the Grady's own Wild Swann, and a great coffee and breakfast spot right next door. 「Everything was great except: I don't understand the flat sheet on the mattress, instead of a fitted sheet. I'm not a good sleeper as it is, but after tossing and turning all night, to wake up on a bare matress that hundreds of other people have done the same, was disgusting. USE A FITTED SHEET! And your valet needs work! That is the first and last impression of your hotel. They don't even offer to open doors for passengers as you pull up, a couple of them had zero personality. 「Our stay was amazing, when we checked in staff was very friendly. Once in our room We did find blood on our mattress cover. Called front desk and they immediately sent house cleaning. They apologized, and completely stripped and cleaned our bedding. When we checked out the gave us 50% off our stay. We would definitely stay there again!」
