“The mansion has been beautifully restored. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The deep bath with jets and bath balm were a treat after a long day of travels along with the cookies and tea. A delicious homemade breakfast was served in the dining room with fine china, silverware, and crystal. We stayed only one night. On our next trip to Louisville we will stay more. “The staff was their best asset! Very helpful, friendly, tried to accommodate any need!! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy!! We ate at the steakhouse in the hotel. Great food and our waitress was absolutely the best!!! The lobby could accommodate several groups of people!! Would stay there again!!”

“Beauty over Function. I have such mixed opinions about this stay. This hotel is artfully designed and so many fun places to visit within walking distance. The staff is helpful, friendly and welcoming. If you just want a cute place to lay down, great space. BUT there are major accommodations and amenities missing if you need laundry, or dry cleaning services, refrigerator or microwave or just a little bit more living space, this isn’t ideal place. “A wonderful stay across the street from the park. it was a1 block walk to fine dining. Breakfast in the morning was terrific. It was a great overnight stay.”

“I didn’t like the room in general. I didn’t like the layout at all. The bathroom was right up front. There was no place to hang towels. The closet was very inconvenient if someone was trying to get ready. The lighting was horrible.. very dark. I didn’t even notice the refrigerator (under the sink) for awhile. There was no place in the shower to sit any products. The products that were available in the shower were very hard to use due to where the shower head was placed. I didn’t like……

“Upon check in the room we reserved 2 weeks in advance was unavailable. The front desk staff was not helpful at all, and management was missing in action. Due to the front desk staff being unable to provide any assistance I would not stay here again.”
