"The staff at this property is beyond what anyone could ever wish for. Every single person from the manager, Massimo, Veronica and the two incredible young men who worked at reception in the evening went over and above to assist regarding dining, transport, finding information etc. I arrived slightly disappointed in the location and left knowing that when I returned to that area, i would only stay at the Regency hotel in Lissone. Gracie Mille !! "

"The property is not near any restaurants or shops and is surrounded by abandoned buildings. It’s 30- 40€ to downtown. And apparently a 5€ tip was insulting. Bartender was unaware of how to make a martini?"
"Front desk staff very friendly. Room was very spacious. Very close to metro and can even walk to Duomo. Just needs more amenities in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and decent. "
"This hotel wow. The rooms are amazing, loved the full length mirror, this hotel overall is great value for the price. It’s also pretty close to a lot of the attractions and shops to walk. Would recommend and would come back. They also have a hotel in Florence that I would check out next time too based off the experience here. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. "
