"A lovely modern hotel in the centre of Mellieha, close to restaurants and bus routes. Our room, although wholly internal with no windows to the outside world (but one with a balcony overlooking the central atrium), was a comfortable side without being actually large. The huge Super-king bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows, of which there were two each.
The light switches in the room took a bit of figuring out given that most switches seemed to do more than just switch on/off a particular light!
The shower room was clean and well appointed, just a little tight between the toilet and the sink. A very minor thing.
There are three pools, two outside (well, the ground floor outside pool actually consists of three pools) and one inside. The ground floor outdoor pool is in a pretty garden in a sheltered position. The rooftop pool offers stunning views across Mellieha and also has the benefit of a poolside bar and restaurant.
Breakfast was at the better end of typical hotel breakfasts with ample choice and the food in the hotel's attached Al Ponte Restaurant & Pizzeria was very good.
Helpful staff everywhere.
