“Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war super. Der Checkin war durch das Personal sehr einfach und jede Frage wird beantwortet. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Zimmerfenster. Tipp: Wem eine Hauptstraße unangenehm ist, bittet um ein Zimmer nach hinten raus. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“The place is run by enthusiasts, motivated by the architectural significance of the 60s hydro-electric project. If that rings your bell, go for it. If not, think twice. The food is good and honest, I enjoyed the local trout for dinner and hand smoked salmon for breakfast (you can tell it's the real deal because there's the odd bone in, a machine wouldn't miss that). Apart from the food, view, nature, history, architecture and some pool access I didn't use, there isn't much else. No disco, no 24……
