"Our stay at the Karl Johan Hotel was truly exceptional! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Oslo, but what made our visit unforgettable was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, every team member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. "Our only negative was how long it took to check in. It seemed like the clerk had a whole lot of screens and questions that had to be filled out. They worked as quickly as possible but just had so much that had to be completed before we got our key. "
