「In summary one of the poorest hotel quality I can get for the last 10 years. We booked the deluxe twin bed room for 3 nights in Bergen. Whilst it says deluxe it’s actually two tiny beds which is surely not a standard single bed. We picked the hotel due to its location but actually there are plenty of better choices. First of all we took over 20 hours to get to Bergen and desperate for a good rest. We were woke up by heavy rock music at 2am in the morning. Then the music lasted till around 4 am...

For the same price we were put in a dark room in the basement where the air felt stale and the windows were only big enough to see the feet of people walking by and the tires of cars driving by.
