“The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. ”

“This apartment was perfect in every way! It was about 10 minute walk to the light rail station, the bus station, and the main train station. Its less than 15 minutes walk to the waterfront area which has all the main tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I was in the ground floor two bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and walkable. There is a grocery store and a convenience store within a couple of blocks. It has washer and dryer, full kitchen,……

“In summary one of the poorest hotel quality I can get for the last 10 years. We booked the deluxe twin bed room for 3 nights in Bergen. Whilst it says deluxe it’s actually two tiny beds which is surely not a standard single bed. We picked the hotel due to its location but actually there are plenty of better choices. First of all we took over 20 hours to get to Bergen and desperate for a good rest. We were woke up by heavy rock music at 2am in the morning. Then the music lasted till around 4 am……

“Booked last minute due to extremely unsanitary conditions at previous booking, and left stuck in Bergen for 3 days with no where to stay, and no phone service without wifi. They were fantastic, clean, and gave discounts to two conjoined businesses. Soya had fantastic food (the vegan options were delicious!!!) and is where the complimentary breakfast is served in the mornings. Beautiful location, well lit rooms, spacious.”

“the location is good, walking distance to most of the sight seeing area. The room is small and not very clean. Dont go to the sea food market, it is for tourist , they charge us over price for the crab. ”
