「The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. 」

「Großartige Lage in Bergens Innenstadt. Tolle gemütliche Unterkunft in einem Haus mit einigen Ecken und Kanten. Wer zu Kompromissen bereit ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Erwartungen, die durch die Bilder erzeugt werden, sind jedoch teilweise nicht erfüllbar. Das trifft vor allem für den Außenbereich zu. Hier gibt es keine Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Müll vor der Tür und bei den Nachbarhäusern ist etwas störend. Die Sauberkeit der Fenster und in einigen Ecken des Hauses ist verbesserungsfähig.」

「The room was set up for one person, even though we booked for two. Requests for a second towel were ignored. I found a second pillow with no case and a second duvet with no cover. I hope they wash it all thoroughly. The tap in the bathroom leaked onto the countertop. I don't know where the water ended up. Nothing to dry dishes, aside from the second duvet.」

「The host was very responsive. Checking and checkout processes are smooth. The apt is very close to the downtown (about 20 minutes walk) and bus stop for line 2, 3, 4, 12, 16E, 19, etc. is just in front of the apt. We took buses to downtown and train station everyday. You can also took Bus 16E and switch to Line 1 lite rail to airport (about 1 hour).」
