"The room was not clean, stinky and we found bundles of human hair around. Plenty of water in the bath tap but it can't reach the shower only drops. Breakfast not organised looks like a busy market with minimal hygiene. The give each one a happy time coupon for each one even kids for an alcoholic drink and when asking to change the drink to soft one for kids not allowed very funny which means cheating coupons. The most important thing was the unhealthy room as the carpet and bed smells bad."

"We stay at Hilton's all over the place and they are usually pretty good. Wel this is def one of the good ones. The staff was absolutely amazing and overly helpful. The hotel felt clean foe the most part; only had one hiccup with cleanliness... the bathroom had a bandaid stuck to the bottom of one wall, but to be fair the tile was almost the same color as the bandaid and the pattern of the tile made it hard to spot, my wife didn't notice till getting out of the shower. The front desk employees are amazing.. specifically Quinton. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly, but Quinton went above and beyond to help us at checkin and later the night we checked in and were attempting to find parking since the front lot was full when we returned from dinner and we had already paid. Quinton was phenomenal! The chain for the curtains in our room was broken, but there was still a rod to slide them, so not a big deal at all. Our desk also had a bleach stain, but also minor. Other than the chain, bandaid, and bleach stain our room actaully felt super clean. The lobby, elevators, and halls are all super clean and welcoming. Decent decore in all of the hotel, rooms and lobby. Would 100% stay here again."

"So, there is no parking here if there is a wedding and they make you park across the lot in a parking garage and charge you 16$ a night. Also, the elevator was broken, we were on the tenth floor ! We slept fine but the hotel is run down and they tried to make it nice but if you look carefully it’s old and gross- especially the bathroom. Don’t stay here! We have been to many hotels and this was the worse experience. - no free coffee or breakfast and the menu is very $$$$. Pool was also kind of gross."
