"We booked this hotel last minute when our flight plans fell through and we needed to spend the night in DC. A huge reason for booking the hotel was for the included airport shuttle. While checking in, the receptionist asked what time we needed a shuttle back the next day. I told her 4:20-4:30am since our flight was at 6:10am. She replied that they could not transfer us because their earliest shuttle was at 5:00am. I asked if we were on our own then and she said 'yep'; no apology for the inconvenience or other suggestion on how to make something work.
This was pretty frustrating given the big reason we booked this hotel was because of the shuttle. We then had to figure out our own travel plans for the next morning and pay $30 to Uber 8 minutes to the airport. Frustrating!"
