“Great hotel. Friendly staff. Just wished they had a dedicated kids pool.”

“The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.”

“The kitchen had everything needed. Great location. Close to Red hook ferry, groceries, beaches. Clean.”

“The room was great but I didn’t get to select the view. I would have preferred a higher floor for more of a water view. We only stayed for 3 nights. I would suggest staying for longer or picking another place. The restaurant options are limited to a beach bistro and a very nice (expensive) dinner restaurant. The room we were in had a kitchenette but without a car and for only 2 full days, it wasn’t worth it for us to bring in any food. The beach was nice. We didn’t go in the pool. ”

“I stayed here for a week. I never once saw anyone that I was certain worked directly for the property. The office was closed at all times. I had to get the WiFi password from the restaurant staff. Before I arrived, I got a text that said my cabin would be left unlocked. Before I left, I got a text telling me to leave the cabin unlocked. I honestly have no idea if anyone knew I was there. The shower is a garden hose. Literally. One night it rained. Hard. I ran out of bowls, and had to……
