「We paid 90 pounds for a 3 single-beded room but got a 70 ponds room. The staff said it not possible to chang the room but are willing to return our money back. The staff is friendly but somehow we still frustrated about the negotiations.」

「All round it was excellent. Great choice and quality for breakfast. Lovely staff. And if you stay here spend a couple of hours in the bar - the atmosphere is great and the decoration with the nautical theme is fantastic.」

「Nice clean room and bathroom with a comfy bed. Felt very welcomed with the owner Tracy going above and beyond. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided in the room as well as toiletries and towels in the bathroom. She also provided a categorise list of places to eat which was very useful. The guest house is in a great location as it is central to everything and was good value for money. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that the en-suite had a bit of a drains smell to it.」

「I ts a good base for exploring the whole seahouse region the room was newly decorated and clean as was the bathroom tea and coffee and tv and free wifi in room and a fridge on landing with milk and cereal which done me for breakfast hopefully stay again next year hostess was hepful snd friendly when needed but left you to it you need a car for nearest shops and facilities but it only takes 10 minutes at the most there are no pavements as its real rural area so feel it d be quite dangerous if...
