“We paid 90 pounds for a 3 single-beded room but got a 70 ponds room. The staff said it not possible to chang the room but are willing to return our money back. The staff is friendly but somehow we still frustrated about the negotiations.”

“Ample car park Friendly and informative staff spotless room and ensuite Fridge stocked on arrival with milk & filter water tea coffee & biscuits on hospitality tray Super tv with all the apps (netflix i player etc) Plenty of plug sockets and usb well positioned Very comfy bed with spotless white bed linen Sea just a stones throw from hotel Huge bay window with 2 comfy recliner chairs to watch the world go by Didn't have breakfast but the dining area was clean and spacious ( bacon smelled……

“Nice clean room and bathroom with a comfy bed. Felt very welcomed with the owner Tracy going above and beyond. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided in the room as well as toiletries and towels in the bathroom. She also provided a categorise list of places to eat which was very useful. The guest house is in a great location as it is central to everything and was good value for money. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that the en-suite had a bit of a drains smell to it.”

“This is an institution but honestly I'd rather have a drink here and sleep elsewhere. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was mainly that because of the awesome pub it is noisy until pretty late. More from people on the street going in an out than the pub itself. It was pretty warm so I needed to leave the window open for some air. It is in the middle of town and safe and clean though, only the partiers were a problem but I was there on a Friday night.”

“The property is very clean and safe . The bedsheet and towels were provided. It is also very close to Seahouses , Bamburgh and the coast.”
