“Angela was a great host and very responsive to our inquiries before and during our stay! It is a cosy, quiet home with an amazing view of the sea from the stairs and the upstairs main bedroom. All of the amenities that we expected were there (the washer/dryer combo needs a little TLC to operate). Craster is a delightful village and the Coastal Path is marvelous. Would definitely stay again!”

“We stayed here in October 25 for 4 night, 2 adults and 2 children. The home was immaculate when we arrived, we did not notice anything that was not correct. The home was warmed for our arrival and a lovely breakfast basket left out. The hosts went out of their way to ensure I had the most up to date guide of Northumberland which was lovely and they made sure I had all of the relevant information before we arrived for our holiday. “This house was ideally located in a quiet area with a short walk to all the local shops, restaurants and pubs. There were also local tracks to the coast and along to the village. Seahouses is also a great location for exploring the Northumbrian coast. Accommodation was comfortable and well eqipped and the owner communicated promptly and was very helpful. ”

“We booked the property to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday so there were lots of people ranging from 2 months old to 102 years old! The house itself is fab and the accommodation on offer was great. Location is excellent being near Bolam Lake with some good walks. We had a few teething problems in terms of heating and some supplies but all in all had a good stay”

“The house in Alnwick was ideal for us. We were close to the town and were also able to easily visit towns on the coast. Had the most important things. A good shower and really comfotable bed.”

“Easy check in. Accommodation clean, however some of the glases/cutlery needed further cleaning. Ideal for 2 night stay but if staying for week certain things needed more attention. Overall happy. Perfect location. Tv too big for layout of room, bit sceptical about trying to turn round for sofa and chair visibility. Bedrroms comfortable and ideal for 3 of us, maybe a bit tight for 4 people but v happy to return. Thank-you ”

“Fabulous property, decorated so lovely with well chosen ornaments, it's like a home from home. Fabulous beds and bedding and soft white fluffy towels. Just around the corner from the main street for shopping and great restaurants. I love older properties, this house was perfect for my family, and we never felt the cold once. I highly recommend this property (unless you have poor mobility) we will be back next time we visit family. The cleanliness and attention to detail exceeded our……
