“Cons:-Check in was rough. 2 separate addresses were provided which confused things and the host preferred to play chat tag as opposed to calling to efficiently communicate. Lock box was hard to find, attached to something other than what was described and the key was in the wrong lock box. -Lock on the outside of the door to the apt itself was very hard to lock/unlock. -toilet is very small, if you are bigger than a small child you have to sit side saddle on it due to how close to the wall it……

I felt uncomfortable from the moment I arrived, and my questions were not handled respectfully. I expected much better customer service from a hotel. “Everything was great it was a great location, spacious and as described. The only negative I would say is you can hear the tenants upstairs walking ( which the owner has no control ) but other than that the place is excellent enjoyed my stay for 7 days. Will stay next time for sure.”

“Clean studio and great location for our family's one night stay. Close to everything but a quiet retreat when needed. The host was very responsive and helpful, even alerted us about an item inadvertently left there after we checked out, and patiently helped us to reclaim the item. Loved the corner pizzaria and the Amish market between 2nd and 3rd. Also highly recommend the parking garage - 310 E 46th - highly efficient and got our car ready at 6am when we had to leave earlier than initially……

“Excellent location only 1 block from the Moynihan Train Hall and MSG. Perfect when taking the train to the city. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. The building was quiet, had a gated courtyard entryway and felt very safe. Our bed was incredibly comfortable! Worked great for our party of 7 adults. I would stay here again.”

“The location is wonderful and the apartment was very clean and quite quiet. The futon is very uncomfortable and not suitable for an adult to use. It is listed as sleeping 5. That’s a big stretch. Communication is very delayed until right before check in. The host was good at responding after that.”
