“When I arrived, there was no one to check me in. After I pushed the buzzer, a young lady came and gave me my room key. When I discovered that there was not an ice bucket in my room, I went back to the "front desk" and pushed the buzzer several times, but no one came. I returned a bit later, and again pushed the buzzer multiple times. Again, no one came. I was never able to get an ice bucket. When I left in the morning, there was no one behind the "front desk."”

“The room was updated, the beds were great, the room was clean except for the floor, Bathroom was cramped with no place to hang anything.”
