“It was one of the cleanest places we've been in a long time. I was suprised how much space was in the rooms, which made it more comfortable. We had three people in our room and didn't feel crowded, even though we set up a camping cot so we didn't have to share beds. The staff were also friendly and accepting to us and other people we saw in challenging situations. The shower ws big enough to turn around comfortably! (I have 22" shoulders and have often had trouble turning around in hotel……

“Do not go. Do not trust online reviews that have this place rated a 4. It was so dirty. We complained they came and said they re cleaned but it was still so dirty. The washrooms had urine all on the floor by the toilet. The carpet was awful we wore shoes the entire time. The kitchen was incredibly dirty, I cleaned it but would not use. If we didn’t have a sporting event near and limited accommodations, I would have left. Expedia needs to remove this place. Surprised they even have it listed……

“Dirty, 1/4" of fungus growing in toilet, no dishes, no glasses couldn't even brush our teeth, trash left in room, stepped on wood screw, carpet filthy. Tried to refuse room but no others were available or were up steps to second floor. Couldn't do 2nd floor because no elevator in those buildings and wife is handicapped and they knew this when I booked the room. Trash cans outside were overflowing, dirty diaper laying by the entrance door. Dumpster stacked to overflowing and huge pile of trash……

“Our three units were NOT ready at check-in time. We waited a half-hour and when they still were not ready, we left to get something to eat. Secondly, when the reservation was made, the listing said breakfast was included. About 3 weeks before we arrived, an email was sent from the property saying they no longer provided breakfast. VERY dissapointing, and too late to find other lodging with three separate rooms. Most concerning was the trash littered on the ground outside our door as well as in……

“My dogs and I really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was exceptionally clean when we got there. Even the dishes were clean, which is something that does not always happen at rentals. The neighbor that I met was very nice and made me feel welcome. The location was perfect for what I needed. Just a short drive to the things that I wanted to do. The checkin process was super easy and the hosts responded right away when I reached out them with a question. They even made it so that my dogs……

“We traveled to Ohio to see the total eclipse and catch an Akron RubberDucks game. This was a perfect spot for both. Convenient, clean, comfortable, quiet and SPACIOUS! We just relaxed. We would 100% stay here again and again if we ever return to the area.”
