“Perfect tranquil retreat for just the two of us - would be great place to bring kids along in the future, but we enjoyed the time alone. This is a place you can just check in and forget about everything. Everything you need is provided from coffee pot to make up towels, hair dryer and even shampoo and conditioner in case you forgot yours. Beautiful at night with all the glowing lights. Home away from home ”

“Cowboy Cottage was absolutely lovely. The location is beautiful and the house was immaculately clean! Everything was communicated clearly too, and the hosts even left little goodies! Even though I only stayed one night, I would happily go back and stay more!”

“The place was cute and for fishermen it’s perfect. There’s a lot of steps and the rail is not made for little kids but all of that is well represented in the listing. We would absolutely positively rent again. There’s a place to pull the boat at the dock and even was able to get it out of the rain and still fish while waiting for the weather to pass. It’s more than water front but actually sits out over the water. It’s just a nice place for a great price. It’s not the fancy but perfect for us.……

“We loved the cabin in the woods! It was very clean and had everything we needed. It would be nice if there was more privacy for the bathroom, a door or a curtain to separate the bathroom from the hall leading to the bedroom. ”

“Had a great experience. The tub had been refinished and I did not have the issues some of the other reviews mentioned. Was able to walk to downtown locations. Additional plus the unit I stayed in had a desk not shown in the pictures which made working during the day easier. I found the locks to work just fine, but the outer door lock did take a couple of trys to get the timing for tumbler engagement right.”

“The property was perfect for my 2 night stay while attending Shoalsfest. My son spent his time fishing from the dock. My 2 dogs were welcomed and were right at home. Beautiful area and scenery!”

“Adorable, cozy brick home in town. Loved the layout of the house. Everything was really clean and organized. They even had blow up mattresses and extra blankets. Small fenced in area where my smallest kids could play. We were literally 7 mins from walmart, and had food stores and gas stations all around. We literally had everything within 10 mins in any direction. Would definitely stay here again. ”
