“The house is just as listed. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Check in went smoothly after a minor technically issue with the app but Ames was proactive and was very quick to respond and help. Parking was a little bit of a challenge though. There isn’t any specific place to park. It’s first come, first serve parking on the street. We had attended a concert and arrived late. The street was full and others had parked in the loading zone for the night. My husband drove around for probably 15……

“We enjoyed our stay overall. The house itself is beautiful. The location with hills and wildlife was a huge plus. It was centrally located with easy access to everything around Austin, there were plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. That said, there were a few drawbacks. “Great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and the location was convenient.”

“Thank you”

“Great apartment that provided us with a comfortable place to stay while visiting family in the area. Checking in was easy, and we were pleased to be close to many amenities while being located in a quiet neighborhood.”

“Clean room, had everything we needed for our stay, property was affordable and in a good location”

“I recommend this for your next stay”

“The Lemon Tree apartments are dated. The interior matched the photos on the website, but was not as clean as I would have liked. If you are looking for a quite room this is not it. The air conditioning system was noisy and you could hear people in other apartments moving about and you could hear their TV's.”
