"Nice view from the room"

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The negative things were that the plug outlets in both the nightstand lamp and on the desk were broken and you couldn’t plug in phone charger. The charger outlets in the alarm clock didn’t always work and wouldn’t charge phone all the way. Also, there was only one bar of soap that had to be shared between the shower and the bathroom sink. "

"The room was clean, Bed was comfortable, Shower pressure was good, room size was excellent, can just use an update to a more modern look and have a better layout of the room. I didn't get to use the pool or gym when I was there. The location good as well. But well worth the money compared to other hotels in the area."

"We stayed in the junior Suite. This is PERFECT for longer stays as it provides an apartment size fridge and a kitchenette area with sink and dish storage. The room was intensely clean, cleanest room I have seen on my many stays. Staff was helpful and polite as always. "

"We stayed 2 nights in the King Suite on the 25th floor. This room is fantastic . It was clean, well appointed, quiet . The view was absolutely stunning being it was panoramic. You can see the ENTIRE city , plus awesome views of the planes coming in up close..( zero noise) The Hotel staff was friendly and inviting. The Staff at Rosies Cafe could be a bit more attentive and at least pretend they like their job. I would DEFINITELY stay again. Ive stayed in Every Major Hotel in Reno and this was by far the best room/layout "

"Great staff. Excellent food at restaurants. No bathtub in any room. No microwave, but if you ask for one, housekeeping will bring one to your room and set it up. The wifi only worked some of the time. Spent over an hour with IT tech and could nodt fix it. This is why we give it 4 stars not 5. Great location by the marina. Easy in and out. Rooms very quiet. "

"Had to change rooms due to adjoining visitor Boise, but was accommodated quickly to new spot and very quiet. So all good."

"The spa could use improving as the jacuzzi is outside next to the pool separated by a fake vegetation panel and the noise of the pool makes it like you are sharing the jacuzzi with kids. Everything else was great"

"Rooms are nice, modern, and clean with good views at the higher levels. Only issue I had with the room was at 5am both tvs turned on by themselves at full volume blasting an announcement by Trump. I thought it was the neighbor's tv and then eventually turned the main tv off after about 15m. The sound kept coming and it was not for another 30m that I realized the tv in the bathroom was also on. Not sure why this happened but it was certainly sleep disrupting. I did not find many desirable food options for the price and eventually settled on something that was unimpressive to say the least. I am coming from San Francisco so maybe I am just too much of a food snob for Reno? Overall, I would say average compared to Vegas casinos. If the tv issue did not occur I would recommend this place as a hotel. "
