"Property was in a perfect location for our trip. Staff was very helpful. Older building so plumbing pipes were quite loud when people were showering. Would happily stay again with earplugs."

"I appreciated that we were allowed early check in by several hours and were even offered late checkout as well. I wish the worker who checked us in would have given us details regarding the hotel as I heard another worker explaining way more in detail to a guest as we were checking out. Overall I would definitely stay again. The proximity to everything was amazing."

"Such a classic hotel! Beautiful top floor banquet area! Lovely city view but noisy with busy street and freeway and hospitals near by. Yet great neighborhood for fun restaurants nearby. So love that there is a tea pot and a variety of teas and even two herbal teas so we both can have a cup! Comfy bed with lots of pillows. The room heater was not working but they put an individual heater that worked great. The tiny elevator didn't work for a bit one evening, thankfully not on it, but didn't.feel like walking up 6 flights. Staff got to it allowing one more cocktail. Great bar staff and fun cocktail menu. Good dinner and breakfast menus but pay extra for bread and veggies at dinner and would have appreciated a bit more variety adding another fish at dinner...maybe scallops? We will return!"

"I liked that it was within easy walking distance to Pike Market, although note that you have to walk uphill to get back. The room was great! I had to work a little to figure out where the vending machine and ATM were located."

"I really like the hotel for the rooms, they re clean and comfortable, but customer service is always very subpar. No one ever tries to go above and beyond, no one is super friendly or kind. They’re all just polite, and I tend to always expect more than just polite. I also wished the rooms had a coffee maker, every hotel seems to have one but this one still doesn’t. I also asked if I could pay to have a slice of cake or anything special delivered to the room for a birthday surprise and they had nothing. There is a restaurant in the property, I would expect that they could do something simple, but no. So, a great room and a fabulous location, but don’t expect any service."

"We stayed here for one night because of its convenient location near the airport. The staff was helpful, and the room was clean. It’s nothing fancy, but it was perfect for our needs. The airport shuttle was convenient, and communication with the hotel was excellent. Overall, a pleasant stay, and I would stay here again."

"Room was clean only complaint I have is the carpet is dirty I wore shoes while walking on it. They had complementary coffee. For the price it was workable. The staff at check in desk was very friendly. Close enough to take under to area stores and the west Southcenter mall. Very close to the airport."
