“Check in process was a little hectic. We were given the wrong apartment and then couldn't get keys to the correct apartment. We spent about 3 hours trying to get squared away. Also, the pool was not operable during our stay. The location was perfect; the apartment building is nice and full of amenities. Had it not been for the check in process, this would have made for a perfect stay.”

“India checked on us during our stay. The house is located close to downtown without the congestion of downtown. It was also a quick drive to the MARTA station. The house is so cozy and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. Every once in a while you hear the train but it wasn't disruptive. You just hear it in the nackground when sitting on the porch. ”

“Well, I was glad I didn't go by the reviews I saw before booking a room at InnTown Suite. I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. Ann was such a great person and all the other staff as well. It's definitely 5 stars for me. ”

“Your property was beautiful. The house was wonderful. There was a major failure that was far beyond there control. They were responsive and very empathetic. We plan to rent from them when we come to Atlanta again.”

“I absolutely loved my stay here. It was one of the cleanest places I have been to get.”

“We stayed in town for a week with 13 ppl in the house including children. All in all it was a great stay. Had a few things wrong but just minor comfort inconveniences nothing to complain about. Host was very responsive and even had maintenance come out right away. The long-term resident in the back property was really sweet as we spoke a couple times in passing. Neighborhood was quiet and honestly we'd rent again. Lots of space and stores are close no more that 15 mins and that's with traffic.……

“Guys trip to see Dodgers/Braves. The townhouse was perfect for us. Great place in a great location. Only negative was the AC didnt see to be working very well but it was chilly that night so no big deal. Host was very communicative and flexible for what we needed. Thanks!”
