"Good "

"The room was clean. However, the bathroom sink would not drain the shower knobs were not working correctly. The coffee in the room was only decaffeinated whicj I didn't want. Overall was okay for the price. "

"Clean and comfy bed. Needed to sleep and get going early so didn't use much else."

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was awesome. It was large and had a kitchen. The staff was friendly. It was in a convenient location. We enjoyed the breakfast. We would definitely stay again!"

"Everything seemed clean and orderly-except for the floors. They really needed a good mopping. But we loved staying at the Imperial. We ended up staying on our way out as well as on our way back. Loved the laundry facility and that it was free to use! We will definitely stay there again!"

"Check in was easy and the staff member behind the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The elevator wasn’t working but not a big deal. We did pay extra for the artist suite which ended up just being some stencils on the wall and our view from the room was the parking lot and freeway. And those windows are not noise cancelling. All that was disappointing but overall our stay was nice. "

"Staff and service was excellent. Rooms were nice and very clean. My biggest complaint is the pool was closed and that was not mentioned on their website, our one main reason we picked the property so kids were pretty bummed. Overall, would still recommend and stay again. "
