“WARNING. This property is due/undergoing renovation to rooms. The bedrooms are in a dire state and whilst the bar has had a refurb the room we stayed in was sub par. Damaged furniture, high levels of dust everywhere in the suite- the word DUSTY actually written into the dusty window blinds! Not hoovered and old petals on the floor, and a sink that leaked from the base all over the floors (which were spongey anyway!) and another sink with the taps the incorrect way around and that came off in……

“The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Norwich so no need to take the car. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is a self-service buffet - cereals and bread for toast are provided and there is orange juice, butter, milk, jam etc. in a small fridge. Microwaveable porridge was also available, however, there were no kitchen scales so it would have been difficult to measure out the correct……

“My stay here was brilliant. Great commication from the point of booking and again on the day. Staff very pleasant, room was clean and spacious. Included a microwave too. Plenty of tea and coffee available aswell. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options to choose from, whether hot or cold. One thing I loved was how quiet the guest house was.”

“Ordered a cappuccino at the bar and they had no chocolate sprinkles and said they dont use them, strange gor a hotel of your calibre. The breakfast buffet was really good a nice selection.”
