A wonderful cottage in a fantastic position.

A wonderful cottage in a fantastic position. We had a great weeks holiday in Norfolk staying at this accommodation. It was well equipped and clean and the kingsize bed was really comfortable, we slept very well. We loved that the cottage had ample parking and an enclosed garden for the dog. It was close to local amenities and in a great position for exploring other areas of North Norfolk. Be aware that you will need to duck through the low doorways if you are tall (my partner is 6'3" and banged his head a few times) and you will need to step over the wooden door jams between rooms but this is part of the character and charm of this lovely cottage. My only negative remarks would be that the kitchen is a little tired. The solid wood worktop is very mouldy around the sink, the washing machine seal has gone mouldy and is a bit damaged and the oven and oven pans need a good degreasing. The grout around the bath tiles is coming away and the tiles look ready to fall off in parts, and the shower screen is pretty useless as it lets water run under it onto the floor. These negatives didn't spoil the holiday in any way but it would have been nice if these 2 important rooms were in better order. We would definitely return again! Bed v comfy, linen & towels good quality. Lounge sofa & chair were quality and would have been even more comfy but covid restrictions meant all soft furnishings were removed - can't be marked down for that as the owners obviously take their responsibilities seriously. Private parking is a huge plus and you can just leave the car and walk around the village. Beach down the road, village has butcher, baker, greengrocer, 2 fish & chips & chinese/thai takeaway, premiers stores, cafes/restaurants, icecreams, hotel v popular for carvery, and a tesco express (slow 15 min walk), clothes shop, hairdressers, charity shop Further afield is North Walsham with Waitrose & Tesco, Cromer for Morrisons though used local shops and takeaways as produce was good. Beach was about 400 yds away across the park, and we walked for miles with plenty of room. Had a slight problem with the boiler whilst we were there but the owners were very responsive. This is our second visit to this lovely cottage an we're already booked for January.

This is our second visit to this lovely cottage an we're already booked for January. We love Mundesley and this cottage is central to everything and has parking. Our holiday is for relaxing, walking on the beach, using local pub, hotel, fish and chip shops, local butchers.

We really enjoyed our break at Jenny’s Cottage.

We really enjoyed our break at Jenny’s Cottage. Location is great, the park is just out of the gate at the back of the property, the seafront is a short walk across the park or a stroll along High Street. The slopes and stairs down to the beach are steep in places but there are handrails all the way down. The beach huts are great to see and fun to look at the names. Look out for “Jabba” ? The cottage had everything we could have needed and the shops are close enough for any groceries that we needed during our stay. The fish & chip shop at the top of the High Street, next to the hotel/bar was fabulous. The Ship is well worth a visit, a great menu and the front bar and gardens are doggy friendly. The only thing I would say is, as we went just before the winter season ended and did a Monday-Friday break, some shops were closed mid week but that’s just another reason to go back. I would highly recommend Jenny’s and would definitely visit again.

What a wonderful cottage in a great position with parking.

What a wonderful cottage in a great position with parking. Its such a cosy cottage, so comfortable and welcoming. We have visited mundesley often over the last few years. We will definitely return to this cottage. The beach is very close and dog friendly. All amenities are very close. We used the local butchers ( amazing pork pies and homemade sausages) green grocers, post office, spar, Manor Hotel, The Ship. A very friendly village

A lovely, well presented cottage. Bigger than we had expected and really close to everything we needed in the village. Also only a short car journey to Cromer. A really great mini break for us, the kids (7 + 5) and our dog.
