The Studio Cottage sleeps 4 adults+ additional cot and child's bed is available . It has air-conditioning and central heating. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a very large, open plan studio room with cedar wood vaulted ceiling, large floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gardens. This room is divided between the bedroom area, which has a king size bed and a comfortable living area. The luxury, shaker style kitchen is fully equipped and has a full sized oven and hob unit, refrigerator, microwave and freezer. This room has its own bathroom, containing a shower, toilet and wash basin. The second bedroom containing two single beds, which can be situated to provide one large double bed. The en-suite shower room contains a shower, toilet and basin. The cottage is of single story, no steps or stairs and is therefore suitable for guests with very young children , the elderly or less mobile. Ample off-road parking is available at the property. Guests are encouraged to use the formal gardens. Please note, there is a netted raised pond and a tree house-slide, therefore, children must be supervised. The cottage has a separate patio area with garden furniture and a gas barbecue available. Welcome pack on arrival. Strictly no pets and no smoking. Children friendly.
