“It is a beautiful property. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and communicated promptly with me. We enjoyed the firepit with free wood and the beautiful lake. Note that there is only ONE bathroom and the 3rd bedroom is in the basement and is not a room. The wifi was out the entire time we were there but we were told it was not the homeowners fault. Also note that there is a significant security deposit, more than I've experienced before, that I didn't know about……

“This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Great front porch with nice furniture and gorgeous view. Great sitting area in the back with a fire pit. The house is clean, clean, clean!!! Beds were comfortable. Just a great place and I highly recommend it. We will be back!”

There was something for everyone and enough space cook, play games, run, and explore. From the adults to teenagers, it was agreed we would live to come back again.”

“Safe neighborhood . Close drive to shops and restaurants and camping and Dillon Lake. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We were there for my sister's wedding. It was clean and ready to go. Plus there weren't a lot of extra cleaning to do to leave either. The beds were comfy ( which is difficult to find in places) . There was a water cooler we used to drink water and much appreciated. The check in and out was simple. The only critic i have is to clean the window seals cus they were dirty with……

“Great house for a large family gathering. The location, though really remote, was centrally located for our families so we were more focused on the house than the surrounding area. We were blessed with a warm winter weekend so took advantage of the basketball court, hot tub, and outdoor fireplace. Lots of indoor and outdoor space to gather and have fun!”

The host had the fridge and freezer stocked with goodies for us, the views from the deck were UNBELIEVABLE, we saw deer at sunrise, the beds were super comfortable, the whole house was decorated so tastefully for the holidays, perfect dining table for playing cards, they even had a dog bed and food/treats for your fur baby!
