"Chateau Montebello is absolutely delightful. The stunning historic log structure, picturesque riverside views, beautifully landscaped grounds and excellent restaurants all combine to make a perfect holiday experience. The rooms and bathrooms are larger than expected in an older hotel. Some of the other amenities we enjoyed were the indoor and outdoor pools, and the hiking trails. We plan to return to experience it in winter. The nearby village of Montebello also has a great selection of good restaurants."
