“Luc and Louise were such wonderful, helpful hosts. The Crooked House had everything thoughtfully considered for the comfort of the guests - from the welcome package in the fridge to just how well equipped the property was. That it was so close to the beach and the water slide was such a plus for my kid. We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful town, mostly because of our comfortable stay and hope to return!”

“We have been to Haileybury many times but never stayed here. It was such a delight and we will be back for sure! We especially enjoyed the restaurant which has an amazing menu of veg and meat Indian dishes. The owners are lovely and made sure we had breakfast-to-go … even though we were a little late to get up! ”

“Fantastic, everything...couple suggestions...hooks along the wall across from the foot of the bed in the bedroom to hang wet towels, clothes, etc. Also maybe a small shelf in the shower to place soaps, etc. Our family was in the next cabin, may we suggest a curtain(not sheer) or blind in the bathroom, standing at the fire pit in between cabins you can see right into that bathroom...yikes...luckily it was family noticed and not strangers. Other than that, absolutely fantastic! The view……

“This apartment is in a really bad area of town. The apartment itself is okay, nothing special there is no air conditioning so you need to open all the windows. The 3 windows in the front of the apartment were broken with the screens cut out. Therefore in order to have the apartment not be grossly hot we would have to prop the windows open and have the bugs come in. The back windows do not have curtains so anyone could creep in at night. We were not happy with the broken windows and contacted the……
