Just perfect

Large, wonderful and modern room. Quiet, as our room wasn't to the street. Wi-fi and air-conditioning worked well. Good location in the city center. They also have own garage.

Das Hotel war für eine alleinreisende Person in Ordnung. Ich war die meiste Zeit krank und konnte mich hier gut ausruhen, da die Lage sehr ruhig ist. Das Frühstück fand ich enttäuschend: es gibt kaum Auswahl für Vegetarier und auch kein Yogurt oder Marmelade (zumindest habe ich diese nirgendswo gefunden). Außerdem hat mich gestört, dass die Leute im Speisesaal rauchen dürfen (das ist leider überall so in Serbien). Ich hab mir einfach selber etwas zum frühstücken gekauft. Die Angestellten der Rezeption sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Personal im Restaurant eher weniger.

Gutes Hotel in toller Lage

Die Lage ist sehr gut - zentral in der schönen Altstadt mit viel Nightlife - Novi Sad ist eine Studentenstadt. Trotzdem ist es durch die Lage in einer Sackgasse in zweiter Reihe nachts ruhig. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, das Internet schnell und die Rezeption sehr hilfreich z.B. bei der Organisation eines Flughafentransfers nach Belgrad (5400 RSD cash). Nachteil: Kleines Bad und Konferenzraum neben meinem Zimmer. Durch die dünne Zimmertüre hörte man die Konferenzteilnehmer tagsüber und rich Rauch. Außerdem ließ sich die Heizung nicht regulieren - also muss das Fenster geöffnet werden.

A nice stay in the city center

Hotel is nice. It's right in the heart of Novi Sad so everything was quite close and convenient to reach out. Hotel stuff checked us in earlier so that's a bonus. Everything was clean, stuff was friendly. Yes hotel isn't new, that's why room is not that fancy but that wasn't a big problem at least for us. The only minus - air conditioner isn't where the bedroom is, so it was quite hot during the sleep. Also nice breakfast. Not much but everything was tasty. In general we enjoyed our stay. Great stay! Wonderful staff

Great room for my friend and I with beds in separate room and couches with a great view in the other. Perfect hotel for our stay. The staff was amazing and so helpful from helping us order a pizza one night to getting me a cab to the bus station. Outstanding service all around. Included breakfast was great with lots of options. Would definitely recommend.

Location and service

Absolutely amazing location. You are steps away from everything you need at Veliki. The staff were incredibly helpful with all of our needs. Rooms were roomy an SUV had some nice aesthetic updates. Showers had great water pressure and heat. The hallway and doors could use some updating but we didn't mind this. There is not an elevator which could be a problem for some.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Hotel in guter Lage, hilfsbereites Personal. Individuelle kleine Zimmer. Gutes Restaurant im Haus, super Frühstück kann dort eingenommen werden. Anfahrt mit Auto nicht unproblematisch wegen der Einbahnstraßen, Hotel hilft mit Parkberatung.

Location is excellent, as well as the restaurant (food). Smoking is allowed in the restaurant at some tables, which was very annoying to me. Smoke goes around and doesn't stay above one table. Staff needs some coaching, at least some of them. Shuttle to the airport was EU40, which is a decent price since the random cab driver would have charged $60 and up.
