The only thing can complain is their elevator, very user unfriendly, there’s no indicator light showing which elevator arrived, inside the elevator the buttons are only on one side, and the doors have no light sensors, still mechanical sensors stopping the door closing after it hit something, quite unacceptable in this day and age for a hotel."

"I had a wonderful stay at Harbour Grand Hong Kong. The view from the room was absolutely stunning — definitely one of the highlights of the experience. I also enjoyed taking a peaceful morning walk nearby, which added to the overall relaxing experience. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room, which is something I would normally expect at a hotel of this standard. Other than that, everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay."
