1.the lift botton is not sensitive enough, every time you have to press at least 2 to 3 times to get your floor botton on. 2. it is really need to have hooks in the bath room. 3. the water pressure for shower is good enough, but the drainage can't support the condition. 3. the lobby sitting area is quite dark, and the hue is a bit outdated. However, the room is very bright, I like it. May be the lobby color need some fresh look.

staff attitude is bad, after i get into the room they told me to pay for the supplementof room upgrade, otherwise will need to change room in my second night, Not professional and they firstly request me to pay immediately and after i ask for pay in another morning, it makes me feel uncomfortable.

We booked two rooms for 6 people and the stay was comfortable. The view of the Victoria Harbour is excellent and we saw the magic hour at dusk.
