The key for skycity room didn’t work, so the hotel upgraded to a suite, which had a living room, a bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. The staff were nice, they helped for connecting the WiFi in the room.

Good shuttle service and very clean spacious rooms. Staff were a bit stifled to begin and came across as being extremely unhelpful… this was quickly rectified after making a complaint and I had my room upgraded. I always say that the true mark of an establishment is not only to strive for things to be good but how they deal with problems when they occur. Well done!
