「La casa estaba sucisima y a pesar de que la dueña te hace firmar un contrato al llegar en el que indica que contar con un servicio de limpieza no te exime de limpiar te entrega la casa en pésimas condiciones. Friega platos con restos de comida, la barbacoa con carbón quemado... Lo peor de todo es que tuvimos que pagarle a ella una fianza de 150 € y no nos la devolvió. 「Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday.」

「This chalet was perfectly placed for exploring both Alcala de Henares and Madrid, due to its location close to the train station, and the luxury of a wonderful pool at the end of a hot day was unbeatable! It's very well equipped, and the finishes are very nice.」

「The unit itself was lovely. We just had problems opening the door when we arrived—it stuck a bit. I think you need to push on it a bit to get it to unlock. The process of booking the unit was a bit confusing. It was one thing on VRBO, and then I was getting private emails requesting more funds. They list the property as being pet-friendly, but they prefer one dog under 5 kg. That may be more of an issue with how VRBO allows them to share information about the unit. 」
