Entrance floor: large living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and dining table - bathroom with shower and washing machine - small terrace.

Lower floor: master bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with bunk bed.

Free and reserved parking space inside the condominium courtyard. Air conditioning in the living area.

The price includes:
