  • Location: located in the wonderful MareVerde Residence, a noble residential complex only 100 metres from the beach. Entrance to the residence reserved for tenants only, with well-kept driveway and parking spaces. The corso di Marcelli is only 150 metres away. Unique position!

    Description: renovated in the furnishings and with newly installed air conditioning!

    Ground floor of small building.

    Composed of large living room with dining table and single sofa bed - kitchen with washing machine - double bedroom - second bedroom with bunk beds - bathroom with shower box - large private and fenced garden equipped with table, chairs and barbecue where you can eat.

    Private parking space inside the residence.

    Air conditioning in the living area.

    Located in the same residence as flats M080, M081, M082, M083, M085, M086, M087, M088.
