Living room with dining table, sofa and kitchenette – bedroom with double bed and bunk bed – second double bedroom – bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine – balcony on three sides with panoramic view – delightful garden on the ground floor equipped with sun umbrella, table, chairs and barbecue - private and reserved parking space inside the condominium courtyard. Pets not allowed.

    The price includes:

    - rental

    - consumption of water, electricity and gas

    - 24 hour on-site assistance

    - initial and final cleaning

    - the supply of bedroom and bathroom linen for all beds in the house
