    Description: completely new and tastefully furnished! Second and last floor of the building. Living room with dining table, sofa and kitchenette – bedroom with double bed and bunk bed – second double bedroom – bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine – balcony on three sides with panoramic view – delightful garden on the ground floor equipped with sun umbrella, table, chairs and barbecue - private and reserved parking space inside the condominium courtyard. Pets not allowed.

    The price includes:

    - rental

    - consumption of water, electricity and gas

    - 24 hour on-site assistance

    - initial and final cleaning

    - the supply of bedroom and bathroom linen for all beds in the house

Gut ausgestattete, saubere und neu renovierte Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Der Balkon ist etwas schmal, eignet sich daher nicht zum darauf sitzen.
