"何よりお料理が美味しかったです。 見た目にも綺麗で満足できました。 食事中の会話から、誕生日プレゼントまでいただき感謝してます。 大浴場の利用もタオルなしで手ぶらで行けて、快適でした。 ただ従業員の方が少し手薄な感じがしました。玄関を入った時誰もいないので、少し困惑しました。Wi-Fiが利用できなくて残念でした。"

"GW中の5月初旬に利用しました。前月4月にリブランドオープンとのことだったのでまだ1ヶ月経たずしての宿泊でした。リブランドに間違いないかもしれませんが、前ホテルからの完全居抜きで、それ自体は構いませんが、年季の入った設備のあらゆるところにホコリがあり、とてもリブランドオープン間もないホテルとは思えませんでした。また、ルームウェアやスリッパが置いておらず、電話で確認したところフロントまで取りに来てくださいとのことでした。あと、セミダブルベッドでしたが、ベッドの中心あたりが人型で窪んでいたので年季を感じました。 前述通り、居抜きは構わないと思いますが、リブランドオープンに合わせて、せめて部屋のクリーニングは徹底して欲しいと強く感じました。安いホテルなのでやむを得ないのかもしれませんが、もっと安いホテルでも清潔に保たれてるところは結構あるので。"
