A good getaway with
Service was excellent. Stayed two nights here and arrived around 6pm on the first day by bus â Heda is a small town so taxis stop very early, I called the hotel and they sent a shuttle to come down and pick us up! They also offer to shuttle you places if you are not able to reserve meals, so if you plan to dine in the hotel definitely try and do it far ahead
I wish I could give this hotel 100 stars. The location was one of the most beautiful places Iâve ever been, the staff service was unbeatable, and the meal they prepared for us was delicious and memorable. The onsen area was clean and beautiful, and I would recommend to anyone to make the trip out to Heda. Truly a unique and special experience and I canât wait to go back.
