"Our stay at Ayana Hotel Labuan Bajo was truly unforgettable and one of those experiences that stays in your heart long after you leave. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking views, beautiful surroundings, and an atmosphere that felt peaceful, romantic, and incredibly special. The hotel’s location is amazing, especially being up on the hill with spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. Our room was beautifully designed, modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, from the warm bathroom floor to the heated toilet seat—little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was another highlight of our experience. Every meal we had at Kisik was delicious and beautifully prepared. We truly looked forward to each dining experience. But what made Ayana truly stand out was the staff. Their hospitality felt genuine and sincere. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. We have traveled quite a bit and stayed in many different types of accommodations, from simple hotels to luxury resorts, but the warmth of the people at Ayana was something truly special. Ayana Hotel is more than just a beautiful place to stay—it is a place where you feel welcomed, appreciated, and cared for. We are leaving with beautiful memories, grateful hearts, and a sincere appreciation for everyone who made our stay so wonderful. We would absolutely"

Meruorah Komodo Labuan Bajo

"We were a group of seven and waited around 30 minutes for the airport pickup, followed by another 30 minutes to check in. There were only two staff members handling check-in. The staff were lovely and efficient, but the hotel definitely seemed understaffed given the number of incoming guests. Management may need to look at this. The view is nice, although it can be quite noisy with boats. The telephone in the room was never answered, so if we needed anything, we had to go downstairs. As mentioned in other reviews, there were no hand towels, and the floor towels were not changed during our stay. We stayed here mainly for the convenience of the port, as I was diving every day. For that purpose, it was fine. However, next time I would probably stay a little further away, as Grab bikes are very easy and affordable. Many of the better restaurants are also away from the main street. Overall, the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, but the hotel could definitely improve its staffing and housekeeping."

Sikara Lombok Hotel

"We stayed in a Supreme King room with an added cot for our adult daughter. The room did not have a lot of extra width after the beds but there was a desk, closet and shelves for maximum utility and never felt cramped. The standout was the huge bathroom with double sink, tub, great counter storage and amazing walk-in shower. Two resort pools were lovely and clean and we could always find a lounge chair. Restaurant had great food and were super accommodating. We had to catch an early flight and leave right as the restaurant was opening at 7am. They kindly packed up a breakfast to go for all 3 of us! Gym was a little small but clean and adequate. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend."

"If I could sum up our 7-day stay at Qunci Villa Resort it would be FABULOUS! My husband and I had an oceanview room and it superceded our expectations. Large bed, Bottled water renewed everyday! We had an outdoor shower in our bathroom- very nice! The staff have been well trained in hospitality and look after guests extremely well. They were friendly, attentive and always there to make sure we were well catered to. The three outdoor pools overlooking the ocean allowed for beautiful views at all times. The pool staff were friendly and the QR code ordering for food & drinks was great. So many places to sit and soak in the sun that one didn't feel like you'd run put of space. The three restaurants were well designed and the food was very good - Choose from Italian, seafood or Indonesian. Happy hour every day. We loved our time there and will most definitely come again!"
