「Before I book this hotel, I noted that someone has commented the door lock is malfunctioned sometimes. Badly, I have also assigned an room with a broken door lock and always locked myself outside the room. The worst is there is never hostel staff stationed at the hotel, I can only seek help from hotels.com and contact for the hotel for the malfunctioned lock. The staff came quickly and fixed, however, it happened again after the staff left. It destroyed my holiday in Finland by spending my time...

「The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work.」

「酒店距離機場客運大樓幾分鐘，需要經過一些戶外區域才能夠到達。酒店整體保持得不錯。前台工作人員登記入住時的工作甚有效率。位於大堂的餐廳的食物質素很好，值得一試。房間算是寬敞且舒適，但是洗手間和房間時間的燈因為不能夠獨立開關而對於睡眠有點影響。另外，床頭的時鐘也沒有正確顯示冬令時間，而房間的樽裝水也不是免費（酒店高級會員除外），稍嫌有點太吝嗇。此外，有些房間也距離電梯有點遠。可是，整體來說是一家不錯的酒店。」

「Clean and comfy room. Good selections of breakfast. Great location with supermarket and mall, train station just next to the hotel. Nice and polite staff both at front desk and in the breakfast place. Oh but someday the coffee and sugar in room are not refilled... Still pretty good in general.」
