“There was a water main break. Woke up to no water at 530am. They locked the elevators and downstairs bathrooms. No water and still serviing cocktails and gaming. No idea when it will be fixed and would not give a refund. We were told we would get a refund but when we checked out and asked for the receipt was told they would only refund the resort fees. Wasn't offered botteled water or anything. Security guards acting very unprofessional laughing and talking about customers.”

“Waited 2 hour for checking in. They ask for everything, even your credit card address, vehicle model, and make copies of your passport. Stay away!”

“Coffee pot was not working. Window seal was broken and I heard wind whistling all night. Over priced for what it offered. Virtually no amenities ”

“Nice place. A little bit weird and a lot of stairs if you have trouble with mobility. Rooms are dated but decently clean. Beds weren't super comfortable. Wish there were more slot machines but it is nice that everything is there and location is great.”

“Can get very cold. They do have a space heater for the bedroom and the fireplace heater in the main room but if you go in the winter just keep in mind it still very cold and you can not warm up in a shower because hot water only last 10 min. Over all everything I expected since it is just a “glamping” spot. About an hour drive away from the park”

“This is a great hotel. VERY clean. It's an older building with modern updates. That makes it kind of cool and funky. There's no pool or hot tub, but then again... it's Eureka. The people are great and the breakfast is very unique (and enjoyable).”

We felt that our stay here was more accommodating than most of the hotels we normally stay at. We were both incredibly impressed with the attention to the little details. The room was incredibly clean, and the host provided many little essentials like towels and toiletries, coffee, sugar and creamers, bottles of water, and even utensils and plates to eat with if needed.……
