「Great stay! We were not expecting too much based on the price but we were wrong. Natalie (I’m sure thats right) on reception greeted us and had some great tips for us on the local area (and Disney! Thanks for those too). The room was large and clean. Tv was excellent. Ceiling fan was a god send. Pool area very nice and refreshing after a hot day. Can’t even fault the buffet breakfast which was very tasty. Would most definitely stay again in in the area. Thanks!」

「The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.」

「There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it.
