“Sylvia and Larry are amazing hosts. They're super friendly and are very helpful. It was quite the drive getting here since the road wasn't great but it was definitely worth it to be in a place that is so well curated for nature lovers. There's a private pond right next to the cabin with a hammock and some chairs to chill out on. A beautiful lawn for my dog to run around freely. Overall just a serene stay. Loved it!”

“Things I wish I knew: (1) how far the hike was between the parking lot and greenhouse. I was exhausted by the drive only to find I had to haul my stuff up a steep incline. I would have prepared differently. (2) how you define a bathroom - I didn’t need much but again, I would have planned differently if I had know what you offered. 3) how bad the roads and bridge were - I don’t mind an adventure but had there been a place to turn around I would have done so and slept in my car. I considered it……

“Place is well organized and had all the essentials, but definitely was not as well kept as I expect it would be during peak season. The hammocks in back were covered in mold, the yard was filled with leaves from the Fall, one of our towels had a bloody booger wiped on it either from previous stays or was missed during the clean, and our sheets had some stains on them. Both beds were quite firm and pillows are soft. The internet is slow and proved to be difficult if two people wanted to……
