"This was the WORST hotel I stayed in, the location is beyond difficult to find and once I arrived the room looked nothing like the photos and the room was very dingy. I politely asked to receive a refund and they refused to respond to the Expedia representative. 0/10 would not recommend, the photos don't match the actual room, the bed is unstable if you even sit on the bed it will move which is a big safety hazard."

"Safe area and very walkable. Excellent restaurants within a 2 block walk in each direction. Big rooms and excellent bathrooms. The only downside is that you have to change elevators to get to the rooms. One elevator wasn't working so there was often a line up and very crowded as there was only a single elevator working to get back to the room."

"This hotel is an amazing hotel. Its the best hotel I have ever been to. Breakfast is good. The staff are well trained, professional and kind. Especially Parisa and Emma. These 2 were very helpful and nice."

"Well, all I can say I will see y’all next year April 14, 2027 because I like the environment, food, cleaning facilities and after the fair we always have something to drink or eat at the lobby so y’all doing very well "

"Hotel is ok but wifi does not work at all. Also if you use laundry service as for price first. They wanted to charge me crazy money for a few items."

"Property while not new, was still very comfortable. We found our room slightly small, but thats just our preference for rooms on the bigger size. The view was great. Staff was very helpful in all matters. Lobby was outstanding in looks."
