O'Fallon Hotel with Pool

"Older hotel with minimum maintenance. It was clean but needed updates."

"Room was very nice. I did bring staff attention to the mold under shower clear caulking and she apologized."

"We booked a pet friendly room. The carpet it in the room was dirty but expected for a pet room in a budget room. Furniture was functional but missing paint. Bathroom had hair human hair on the toilet. .again, it happens. I DID have an issue with the front desk lady. When we came in I rang the bell, she popped her head over the balcony and said something. Had no idea what she said. When she got down to the desk she said no dogs in lobby. This is NOT posted on the door, she did not mention it when we called 30 min earlier to confirm they did have a pet room. It was only visible on a sign once you walk into the lobby. We also had to go to the room through a different entrance. Their choice but it would have been great to know before we.got in the lobby."

"Bed was comfy and shower was hot. No complaints as I was passing through and just looking for a place to lay my head! Would stay here again!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was lacking this time during our stay. There wasn’t any yogurt, very little fruit, only apples on the one day. Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves."

"Room was clean, earning 2 stars. However, this location is right next to a kid's theme park so the indoor pool is a huge selling feature for families. A lot of kids all over the place. Hot tub was broken. They said it just happened, but it's in other reviews and they were downright rude about it. Food provided at the happy hour is hotdogs, chips and cheese... kid themed food. Would not stay here again. Parking is $19."

"Run down property. Room: peeling paint, chipped furniture, stains on the wall not cleaned, rust on the bathroom door frame, bathroom vent not working, tub/shower not level so water does not fully drain out of the tub. This is not appropriate for a Hilton property and the cost associated with the reservation."
