“Upon walking in to the property the first thing I noticed was a can of ant/roach spray on the shelf. There was a reason because the unit had bugs. The air conditioning was turned off and there was a musty smell in the whole property. Our party was for 4 people and there were only 3 towels. We messaged the owner around 430pm and finally got a message back around 1030pm allowing us to take a towel from the "property of owner " cabinet and added for us not to take anything else which seemed……

“This was my 3rd time renting Cozy Corner. It has all you need for your stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great park, community pool and Pizza Hut! The host is friendly and quick to respond when needed.”

“The duplex is absolutely perfect! Hot water was hot, window unit worked fantastic. Will book this duplex again.”

“The place was very clean, nice quiet neighborhood and close to downtown which was very convenient. If ever back in the area would definitely book again.”

“Host(Jill)was very nice. Room was very clean but very small. No a/c control in the room. Don’t know if there was a a/c problem it was very warm in the room so warm we had to go get a room at motel. Contacted Jill about the a/c and she thinks it was either a closed vent or she forgot to change a/c from fan to cool. We had two nights booked there but only tried to stay the one night talked with Jill and she did refund one of our nights. Thank you very much for understanding Jill.”

“Whole duplex accommodates 6 people but the kitchen. 4 plates, 4 cups and only 2 places to sit at a little table. Overall amazing stay just had to improvise to be able to seat 4 at the table.”

“Worked great for 4 guys to each stay in their own room and to have three bathrooms was a huge plus. Games downstairs and nice living room and kitchen area.”

“Quiet neighborhood. Appreciate prompt communication from host”

“This is a beautiful old house that has been remodeled and decorated beautifully. It's very clean and would hold a lot of guests. We appreciated that it was pet friendly. And the host answered us quickly when we had questions. I highly recommend it.”

“Jill’s property was peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay. We absolutely loved, Dexter, the donkey and Willow and Marley, the cats. We had a very nice stay. I would not recommend counting the futon as a sleeping option. The bed in the master room was very comfortable, as well as the bed upstairs. Jill was excellent with communication and everything was well written out for check in and check out.”

“The house is a very beautiful home but is definitely old. The water pressure throughout the house wasn’t the best and the upstairs bathroom light was pretty useless. The beds are pretty comfortable and the furniture was nice. Overall, a nice house but definitely outdated.”

“Great stay in a cool neighborhood.”

“Very clean. Wonderfully clear explanations of the area and the home.”

“Clean house good host”

“Located in The Hill neighborhood, three minutes by car to great restaurants, cafes, stores AND within a 15 minute or less drive to Forest, Park (Zoo), Botanical Gardens, and the Arch. We were just two, so the master bedroom worked perfect for us. There are bunk beds in the dining room. Shower worked great, kitchen functional and living room cozy. Off street parking in the back with (while we were there) available parking in the street in front of the house.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
