「perfect to stay」

「The bed wasn't bad but could be better. The bath was very good. But the carpet didn't look clean. We were checked in to our room 220 while cleaners were still busy cleaning it. Even though we offered to remain outside while they finished the work the Spanish ladies who did not speak or understand English just packed their stuff and left. I used Google translate to say we would give them time to finish up, they simply signed that they were done and left. The roo. Was smelling! The breakfast was...

「The staff were friendly and the lobby layout was very nice for my personal needs of having a small family gathering. However, the building seemed to require a bit of upkeep from the outside and there were glasses still on the table in the lobby which had been there since the night before. I had guests on Friday evening and the carpet needed a vacuuming unless they do it in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but some TLC was needed.」

「Way too expensive for the condition of the hotel. Location is good. Called them three times over three days to provide information they requested. I never received a call back from any of the three messages I left. 」

「Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.」

「They give us a room with people inside.. the front desk is not helpful at all her name is Cindy.. She said that she didn't know room still occupied unbelievable!!! Cannot trust them . Giving keys to the room that still occupied with other guests. I asked for the manager and unfortunately manager is off weekends 😒 . (That's why she is not paying attention with guest 🙄) .」
