Great Location and Accommodations

Our group really enjoyed our stay at this property! Our favorite things included the excellent location with easy access to downtown Oak Bluffs, large porch, three full bathrooms, sizable kitchen, living/dining spaces and off-street parking for three vehicles. The home had plenty of room for our group and we are interested in returning next summer!

Had a GREAT time in OB!

The location, cleanliness, and furnishings in the Victorian by the Sea were ideal for our family. Sitting on the porch, people watching, and kite flying make for a fun and memorable vacation. Hope to stay in the yellow house in 2025 :-)!

Awesome house and location

The house was clean and very comfortable. There were many rooms to gather and all the beds were super comfy. We appreciated all the amenities and LOVED the location. We walked everywhere in Oak Bluffs. The decor was lovely and we enjoyed staying in a Victorian gingerbread cottage. It was a special vacation!

Sunny, lovely and well-located.

Great home for a family vacay. Ideal location for waking into town, the beach and the ferry; possible to have a lovely Oak Bluffs experience without bringing over a car. Light, airy and comfy home with modern conveniences yet with lots of Vineyard charm. Quiet street, enough yard space for badminton or other yard games. And linens, bath and beach towels are provided which is a godsend. Really nice place!!

Great house in oak bluffs

This house was great. It’s a block to the beach and a block from the shops in Oak Bluffs. It was very clean and comfortable. The weather when we stayed was mid 70s so we never had to see how well the ac units in each room hold up but every room is set up for AC so it should not be a problem. The bathrooms are all brand new and the house has 3 roomy showers with great pressure. We enjoyed this spot so much and would definitely come back. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and we did not use 3 of the bedrooms. It’s a gem.

Best location!

We LOVED our stay in your beautiful home. The location was the best and the home was clean and cozy. The kitchen and bathrooms were great and we were able to cook some meals for our large family. The space was perfect for our family and we loved sitting out on the porch and taking multiple walks a day to the park and town. We would love to come back next year. Thank for sharing your home with us!

Excellent Facility Dr Moody Fisk University Eastern Region Chair Wonderful experience at MV. We felt robbed that we had to pay 3500 fine for posting signs. So we won’t return to that venue. But the accommodations were phenomenal. Event planner should have known better. Dr Moody, Chair

Great location, shops and food close, nice wraparound porch, room for three cars, but not ADA accessible so plans changed for family to come. we specifically asked to make sure there was a bathroom accessible and a bedroom on the main floor. There was a bedroom on the main floor, but the main floor bathroom was not accessible for someone with walker. Ended up with a six bedroom house for two people.We were able to check in early, but then a repair man showed up without notice to fix the washing machine. Then Another person with the code came into the house without notice and I stopped them and then they explained who they were and I said we had an early check-in so it seems like they would’ve rang the doorbell first. The floors were not cleaned and stairs were tight. The dishwasher didn’t turn on and the upstairs bathroom faucet leaked and was not secure so the fixture laid on the wall, which was not great since we specifically wanted a bathtub.
